The history of the ideal jean
Let's introduce ourselves: our names are Franck, Maxime, and Pascal. Le Beau Jean is our story, our experience. We've all faced a common problem: standard cuts on the market don't always fit our body shape! And yes... We're not all Brad Pitt, but we don't all have unusual figures either...
We've made it our mission to create "THE" perfect pair of jeans for every man. Because we believe that jeans should adapt to our shape, not the other way around!
Jeans designed for you
We based our research on a study of 12,000 people, in which we found out what characterizes male body shapes. This allowed us to develop jeans available in three silhouettes (to better cover the diversity of body shapes): Le Classique, Le Galbé, Le Futé. Our friend Christelle was in charge of the development and pattern making. The first pieces were molded on us.
We tested our first models on around fifty guinea pigs (and we thank you for that): this allowed us to adjust the product and, above all, to learn a lot of things. We discovered that Le Galbé is very suitable for athletes and that Le Futé is not only reserved for flat buttocks but also suits those who wear their jeans in a relaxed style (low on the hips) as well as healthy people with its convex line.
Careful finishes that make the difference
With a clean and neat design, Le Beau Jean is built for a long adventure with you. Crafted from high-quality canvas, the perfect weight for all seasons (12 oz). Our jeans contain 3% elastane, making them more comfortable to wear compared to 100% cotton selvedge.
Because it's the details that make the difference, we paid particular attention to the finishes. We wanted them to be higher quality than those of premium brands on the market. We added printed linings and biases, single-stitched belt loops (it's more attractive), refined topstitching, reinforcements... These are the finest finishes you'll rarely find on regular jeans.

Real denim manufacturing nearby
Le Beau Jean is, above all, a French brand. We're based in Mulhouse. Our jeans are made in Tunisia. We considered "Made in France," but current production capabilities wouldn't have allowed us to produce the desired product. So, for our first project, we decided to rely on the expertise of our group of friends.
Franck has been working with our fabric supplier, Calik Denim , for over 10 years. Pascal, meanwhile, has been working with our production partner factory, Olinda, for several years. It's a small factory located in Monastir. It's expertly run by a German couple (we find Deutsche Qualität 😊). Patrick is in production and Rubis is in charge of accounting.
But when we can manufacture in France, we do. The proof is Le Beau Chèche , the essential accessory for the modern man, which is made in France in our beautiful Vosges mountains.
Le Beau Jean has an ecological conscience
We've been thinking about the planet for several years. Three years ago, before the current fashion trend, we decided to use a material containing 25% recycled cotton. We're not eco-activists, but we wanted to reduce our impact on the environment by using treatments that use less water and energy. Every little helps!

At our company, we like to offer you a fair price. It's thanks to you and our initial success that we were able to get a better price on manufacturing. The news came just before Christmas, and we're proud to share it with you. Our price is 119 euros, including tax and shipping.
To achieve this, we have committed to a projected volume and we believe in it! But without you, this adventure cannot work, so we will need you.
